Our JUMP.bootcamp instructor Angie thrives on motivating others! Angie will coach you through a 4-week program to reach your fitness goals while having loads of fun at the same time. Set in a challenging but always encouraging environment, you won’t ever want to miss a class. Bootcamp is run two times a week for 6 weeks. 85% of the workouts are carried out on the trampoline areas with a small mix of off-court training.
What is included?
- 45-minute work-out sessions, 2 workouts a week over 6 weeks
- Motivation, encouragement, and on-going support from a boot camp instructor
